Cancellation Policy



  1. 1. In order to handle the uncertainties of the time, we have provided numerous rate plans and packages for all our hotels, including those with cancellation and amendment options, on our website and to our travel partners. You are requested to select the correct rate option and stay dates and check the terms and conditions carefully at the time of booking. Cancellations and amendments will be accepted per the applicable cancellation/amendment policy and within the cancellation/amendment period only. Bookings made on non-cancellable/non-amendable rates will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. 2. For amendments and cancellations of existing cancellable/amendable bookings made directly with Omay Room, please write to us at support@omayroom.com or call our central reservations team at +91-01669281258.

  3. 3. Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email.

  4. 4. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. It will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.

  5. 5. Any changes to your reservation must be made through Omay Room and not directly with the hotel. This applies to change of dates, an extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival, or cancellation in full or part. Any problems or questions on your reservation before arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our Omay Room Customer Support Specialists.
